Trade Show Etiquette
The Do’s
• Always be on time. • When away from the booth, be available via cell phone for customer questions. • Show our guests that you value their time and are there for them. • Engage in conversations with customers as they walk by or enter the booth. • Get to know the other ABB staff. If you do not know the answer to a customer’s question, introduce the customer to another ABB person in the booth who can help them. • Scan customer badges to ensure follow-up. • Do not talk on your cell phone in the booth. If needed, check your phone discretely in the aisle or away from the booth. • Do not eat in the booth. It looks unprofessional, and food can get dropped on the floor or demos. • Do not bring laptops or briefcases to the booth. We have limited storage space. • Do not congregate and form large ABB groups in the booth. This is intimidating to our guests. The Don’ts

SOLUTION & APPLICATIONS Digital Solutions Overview
Turn the complexity of the grid into a strength
The clean energy transition requires a fundamental transformation of power systems, including much higher levels of digitalization across all grid domains, from generation to transmission and distribution to end-use. Additionally, digitalization boosts grid resilience, increases renewable energy integration, drives down costs and enables universal access to clean electricity. Remote solutions continuously analyze asset conditions and energy demands and provide insights to help minimize costs and risk and maximize performance and safety across operations.
