Product description AdvaSense™ KEVA 36 B21 is a smart device for voltage measurement in 38 kV medium voltage equipment that can be used as an alternative to traditional potential transformers. The first sensor of its kind carrying a UL certification is designed to be used as a post insulator in medium voltage switchgear or as a standalone unit. A compact design allows easy integration in various OEM products, reducing engineering, logistics, and footprint and resulting in material savings. KEVA sensors are designed for indoor use and compatible with ABB Relion® and third party relay devices, covering a wide range of applications. Millivolt output helps enhance operator safety, while material savings, compared to a traditional potential transformer, helps reduce the CO2 emissions footprint during manufacturing and operation.
