Ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) for personnel protection (5mA) - Personnel Protection GFCI are designed to protect against overloads, short circuits, and 5mA or greater ground faults. The GFCI breakers detect low levels of electrical current leakage (ground faults), and acts quickly to shut off power with a purpose of preventing serious shock. Multi-pole circuit breakers incorporate a internal common trip.
